I partner with organisations across the public, not-for-profit and private sectors to plan, architect and deliver digital products and services.

My work spans highly crafted campaign microsites through to long-lived, enterprise-grade platforms. This includes content management systems, accessibility and compliance, analytics and SEO, and broader digital strategy, governance and transformation initiatives.

Today, I work as an architect and technology lead, leading a team of developers to deliver complex, large-scale projects. My focus is on aligning technology with business outcomes, working closely with my clients to shape their digital presence, manage delivery, and ensure sustainable, high-quality execution.

More recently, I've been helping organisations build digital maturity, particularly in the adoption of AI. This includes designing practical, real-world applications of agentic systems and establishing approaches to AI that prioritise human-in-the-loop workflows to enable teams to move faster and produce higher quality outcomes.

Platform delivery

  • Architected and delivered enterprise-grade digital platforms for government, health, and financial services organisations - scoped to six- and seven-figure budgets, with reliability targets up to 99.999% uptime.
  • Designed systems for highly sensitive data environments including health, government, and personal safety contexts, with security and compliance requirements shaping architecture from the ground up.
  • Applied case-by-case architectural thinking to balance cost, performance, and client constraints - no prescriptive answers; each solution justified on its own terms.

Technical leadership

  • Led cross-functional teams of two to ten developers across simultaneous engagements, from narrowly scoped feature builds to full end-to-end system delivery.
  • Served as technical escalation point, solution architect, and client relationship lead - comfortable holding all three roles in the same conversation.
  • Managed delivery governance and budget oversight on projects requiring executive reporting and stakeholder alignment across complex, multi-layered organisations.

Digital strategy & advisory

  • Consulted on digital presence strategy for organisations navigating transformation - from initial brief through to operating model recommendations, vendor selection, and long-term governance.
  • Supported clients in building internal digital maturity: defining standards, establishing governance frameworks, and coaching teams to own and evolve what was delivered.

AI & emerging technology

  • Designed and delivered AI implementations including conversational assistants, agentic automation platforms, and secure long-running AI-assisted workflows.
  • Developed training programmes and adoption frameworks for organisations with no prior AI experience, enabling teams to integrate AI safely and effectively into business processes.
  • I advocate for human-in-the-loop design: AI as a productivity multiplier, not a substitute for judgment or accountability.
